Tips and Best Practices
- Edit in short sessions to maintain focus and accuracy—transcript editing requires attention to detail
- Use keyboard shortcuts (spacebar for play/pause) to speed up your workflow
- For longer videos, consider editing one section at a time rather than tackling the entire transcript at once
- Always listen to the audio while editing to ensure accuracy—what looks right might not sound right
You’ve now mastered the art of transcript editing in Salina! With these skills, you can transform rough automated transcripts into polished, professional content that accurately represents your videos. Whether you’re preparing content for accessibility, creating subtitles, or generating written records, Salina’s editor makes the process straightforward and efficient.
